Visiting tannino.nl
The Tannino website is an informational website. Tannino does not, in principle, collect personal data from visitors through this website. The website does not include a contact form and Tannino does not build visitor profiles.
If you contact us yourself, for example by sending an email to info@tannino.nl, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, organization, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use this information to answer your question, discuss a possible collaboration, or follow up administratively on contact that you initiated.
Technical data needed to display the website, such as IP address, browser information, or server logs, may be processed temporarily by the hosting provider or technical service providers. Tannino does not use this information to actively track individual visitors.
2. Projects and engagements
Confidential handling of project information
Within projects, Tannino processes information that is necessary to carry out the engagement properly. This may include contact details of stakeholders, project documentation, planning, meeting notes, decisions, reports, technical information, and other data shared by clients or partners.
Tannino treats project information as confidential. Information is used only for the purpose for which it was provided or where it is reasonably necessary within the engagement. Where appropriate, arrangements regarding confidentiality, data processing, security, retention periods, and roles are documented in an agreement, data processing agreement, NDA, or project-specific arrangement.
- Access to project information is limited to people who need that information to carry out the engagement.
- Documents and data are stored, shared, and removed with care when they are no longer needed or when agreed arrangements require this.
- For sensitive information, such as health-related or commercially confidential data, additional arrangements are made regarding security and responsibilities.
In many cases, the client remains responsible for the content, lawfulness, and retention periods of project data processed within the client's own organization or systems.
3. Apps and applications
Applications Tannino develops or supports
Tannino may develop, manage, or support apps and small applications as part of its engagements. This may include apps in app stores, internal dashboards, prototypes, data tools, or other applications connected to a project.
Which personal data an application processes depends on the purpose and design of that specific application. For each application, it is determined which data is necessary, on what legal basis processing takes place, who is responsible for the processing, how long data is retained, and which security measures are appropriate.
When an application processes personal data, this is limited as much as possible to what is necessary for the functioning of the application or the performance of the engagement. For applications with their own privacy notice, app store listing, or project documentation, the specific provisions included there also apply.
- Depending on the application, apps may process account data, contact details, usage data, project data, or technical log data.
- Data is not sold to third parties.
- Third parties, such as hosting providers, analytics services, or platform providers, are used only where needed for the application or engagement.
General
Retention, rights, and contact
Tannino does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected, unless a legal retention obligation or contractual obligation requires a longer retention period.
You can contact Tannino to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your personal data, or to object to processing. To do so, send an email to info@tannino.nl. Tannino may ask for additional information to handle your request carefully.
